Privacy Policy. Key points:
Credits & Billing: Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money under any circumstances. Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. All credit purchases are final. Complimentary credits granted at signup are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Credits Forfeited on Suspension or Closure: If your account is suspended, banned, or closed for any reason — including voluntary closure — all remaining credits are immediately and permanently forfeited with no refund or compensation.
Promo Codes — One Per Individual: Promotional codes are limited to one use per individual person, not per account. Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional credits more than once is fraud and a violation of these Terms. LineCheckerPro LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse, contact users for verification, and terminate accounts found to be in violation. No refund will be issued if an account is terminated due to promotional abuse.
Two-Factor Authentication: A valid phone number is required to create and access your account. New device logins require email verification. This is a mandatory security feature and cannot be disabled.
Acceptable Use: You may not use LineCheckerPro to submit fraudulent estimates, manipulate insurance claims dishonestly, or violate any applicable law. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.
Data & Privacy: We collect your name, email, phone, company information, and estimate data to operate the service. We do not sell your data. We permanently retain records of your agreement acceptance including email, IP address, timestamp, and version — this record cannot be deleted.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time with 30 days notice. You will be required to review and accept any updated version before continuing to use the service.
